The Team at Flotek are very easy to deal and always willing to help and assist. This is exactly what I'm after in a supplier who do go out of their way to help every single time I give them a call. The team is great to deal with, and the technical department always find a solution to get my equipment back up and running. Without them, our business would be losing profits and sales. Went above and beyond. Needed a hydraulic ram repaired which was crucial to completing our hay production. Dropped of 24 hrs prior to Christmas Eve and ready the next day. Thankyou for going above and beyond as I know you guys were extremely under the pump trying to fulfill all you booked jobs already. May the team at Flotek have a wonderful Christmas and new year.
